Purchase of Specified Difficult Recovery Claims

In accordance with the enactment of the Act for Partial Revision of the Deposit Insurance Act on May 13, 2011, the system for purchasing specified difficult recovery claims was established, under which the DICJ has been authorized to purchase specified difficult recovery claims.
The DICJ’s basic policy concerning this system has been made public in the “Guideline for Purchase of Specified Difficult Recovery Claims.”
The DICJ entrusts the purchase of specified difficult recovery claims to the RCC on its behalf.

*With regard to the purchase of specified difficult recovery claims, the DICJ is always receiving preliminary consultations and preliminary applications.
