  1. Policy to resolve the Incubator Bank of Japan
<Resolutions>
  1. Partial payments shall not be made upon the insurable contingency of the Incubator Bank of Japan.
  2. When loans are applied for the purposes of repayment of deposits and assumption of settlement obligations in the resolution of the Incubator Bank of Japan, the ceiling of such loans shall be ¥581,482,782,236.
  3. When loans are applied for the purposes of preventing the reduction of the value of loan and other assets held by the Incubator Bank of Japan, the credit line amount shall be ¥18,700,000,000.
  4. When loans are applied for the purposes of smooth operations of business of the Second Bridge Bank of Japan, the ceiling of such loans shall be ¥1,300,000,000.
